We accept personal checks, money orders, bank checks and automatic bank payments. We also accept payments through wage attachments with your employer. This office is responsible for administering Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases assigned to Chief Judge Henry W. Van Eck and Judge Mark J. Conway.

If you are a creditor or represent a creditor and want to particiapte in the §341 creditors' meeting, send an email at least one day in advance to info@pamd13trustee.com to request a Zoom meeting invitation. Include the debtor's name(s), case number, day and time of the scheduled meeting and the name of the creditor that you represent.

Jack Zaharopoulos

Mr. Zaharopoulos was appointed by the United States Trustee to replace Charles J. DeHart, III, effective May 1, 2021. Mr. Zaharopoulos' office is responsible for administering all Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases filed in the Middle District. Prior to having been appointed as Trustee, Mr. Zaharopoulos worked as a staff attorney for the Standing Trustee in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and then as an attorney in private practice in Chicago, Illinois. He earned his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his J.D. from Marquette University Law School.
